Service inquiries
Information submitted through this website is a request for contact. It is not an accepted appointment, repair contract or promise of same-day service. Hillstone Fix confirms job eligibility, price, service area and appointment details directly with the customer.
Prices and estimates
The standard diagnostic price shown is $50 for each eligible appliance, before applicable tax. Diagnosis is separate from parts and repair labor. The repair proceeds only after the customer receives and approves the repair price.
Parts warranty
The advertised one-year warranty applies to the genuine OEM replacement part installed by Hillstone Fix. It does not cover the entire appliance, a different failure, misuse, external causes, labor or travel. The applicable written warranty provided with the repair controls.
Hillstone Care preview
Hillstone Care pricing and benefits displayed on this website are a proposal for customer feedback. Enrollment, recurring billing, repair or replacement coverage and contract formation are not available. Final program terms may change after legal and regulatory review.
Service scope
Gas work, HVAC, building wiring, plumbing modifications and sealed-system refrigerant work are outside the current launch scope. Appliance and job eligibility are confirmed before scheduling.
Independent company
Hillstone Fix is an independent appliance repair company and a fictitious name of Hillstone Holdings LLC. Manufacturer names and marks belong to their respective owners. References to OEM parts do not state or imply manufacturer authorization.
