Information we receive
When you send a service inquiry, Hillstone Fix receives the name, phone number, ZIP code, appliance and problem details you provide. Our server may also process technical information needed for security and rate limiting. We do not ask for payment information through the inquiry form.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to evaluate the requested service, contact you, prepare an estimate or appointment, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions and maintain service records. Submitting an inquiry does not create a confirmed appointment.
Storage and retention
Website inquiry records are stored outside the public website directory and are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Service records created after you approve work may be retained longer for accounting, warranty and legal purposes.
Sharing
We do not sell website inquiry information. We may disclose information to service providers needed to operate the website or deliver requested service, or when required by law.
Marketing and analytics
The site may later use advertising measurement tools to understand whether an advertisement produced a call or inquiry. Those tools may use cookies or similar identifiers. This notice will be updated when additional measurement tools are activated.
