Your information at Hillstone.
Hillstone Holdings LLC, doing business as Hillstone Fix, uses the details you provide to operate your account, respond to your requests and arrange appliance services.
What your account stores
Your name, email address, a protected password hash, your phone number, complete service address, appliance type, brand/model and problem description, contact consent, your appliance-count preference, notes, requests, account activity and email preferences. Creating an account also creates a linked lead in our private Lead Desk so our team can contact you to arrange a diagnostic visit. We also use essential session cookies to keep you signed in and security records to limit abuse.
Inspection agreements and electronic signatures
When you prepare an inspection agreement, we store the service address, appliance identity and condition you declare. Signing stores the exact terms, your typed name, confirmed account email, date and time, Internet address and browser information, plus your electronic-record consent and document fingerprints. These records help document your request and check integrity. Signed agreements remain separate from later profile edits and may be retained to document services and meet legal obligations. You can open and download your signed copy from your account or request a free paper copy from info@hillstonefix.com. Signing consent is separate from promotional email consent.
Your email choices
Promotional emails are optional. We record your choice, its date and the version of the preference notice. You can change your choice in your account or contact info@hillstonefix.com. Choosing not to receive promotions does not prevent essential account or service communications. Account confirmation and service notices may be sent automatically. Promotional email consent remains optional.
Access and hosting
Authorized Hillstone administrators can access customer records to provide support. Account data is stored on the hosting service used by Hillstone Fix. Other customers cannot access your account through their accounts.
Updates and requests
You can update your contact details and preferences in your account. For email changes, account recovery, a copy of your information or a deletion request, contact info@hillstonefix.com. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where required for completed services or legal obligations.
No payment-card information is collected in this account. Please do not enter card numbers or sensitive documents in your notes.
